Map of most of the yard (PDF file)  Over 175 trees (mostly citrus and palms) have been planted in the last 8 years.  The area up by the park bench (adjoining lot) is mostly native plants and palms, including some Pritchardias. There are at least 15 mature avocado trees which fruit at various times.  The yard includes vanilla orchid vines, black pepper vines, liliko'i vines, spice trees, nut trees, bougainvillea, pineapple plants, Apple and Cuban Red bananas, heliconias, azaleas, ti plants, Clerodendrum, coffee, tea, weeping bamboo, Dutchman's Pipe, Norfolk Island Pine, Ohi'a, Dracena, Plumeria, gardenias, jasmine, hydrangea, Monstera, cycads, Ming Aralia, crotons and others.  There are vegetable as well as annual flower gardens.  The owner is a Master Gardener.
